feat: 优化 webpack 打包配置

- 添加自动模式切换（开发/生产）
   - 启用 Tree Shaking 移除未使用代码
   - 加快编译速度（transpileOnly）
   - 添加打包体积监控
   - 自动清理旧文件
   - 添加打包优化文档
